My pleasure! Archive is a great resource and as the Dead, Pranksters and friends had strong connections to Santa Cruz Co., I've aimed to dig up a few chunks of history to illustrate the links. Kingfish at Crown UCSC on this ticket was packed and the guys played a strong show -- Bob in good voice and Robbie's leads on fire! A blog from one of the Crown College organizers about the show could be found here http://cryptdev.blogspot.com/2013/07/my-season-with-kingfish-part-three.html -- including tales of the Marshmallow War and one more confirmation that the Dead had plotted a '68-'69 UCSC quarry show that alas stayed in the Reflective Ether....
