Description:
- (The lineage given in the original etree copy's original info file is incorrect.)
Note: The show as I got it from the etree was spuriously tracked,
with track boundaries often 30 seconds to a minute before the actual
beginning of a song, and the bit of "Beer Barrel Polka" tuning split
between the end of disc 2 and beginning of disc 3. I retracked the entire
thing de novo, using Cool Edit and CDWav. The track timings below are
for my retracked version; timings for the original etree copy are given
at the end of this file. In retracking disc 3, I followed the tracking for
the version of this portion previously released on GDH #320.
