Lee in Oregon

This was the first & only Idaho show the Dead ever played. I had just moved to Portland via the 83 Summer tour and hitch-hiked back to Boise for the show. There's so much I remember about this night.....1st ever Wang-Dang-Doodle, and just a ripping show. Bobby wore a long-sleeve tie-dye that night instead of an I-zod shirt, which was odd for back then. The Help-Slip-Frank was phenomenol too, just a great night in Boise to a maybe half-full gym. Bumped into a buddy from Maryland at this show, Charley Falconer, and havn't seen him since. Charley, if you're out there, hope you're well brother.
