Fix of shnid 7692
This is a fix of Jay Serafin's upload to gdlive.com. I made the transition between CDs 2 and 3 seamless by removing overlapping material in Cool Edit 2000. Although there was plenty of unfaded overlap, the levels were slightly different and I had to do a sliding volume change starting at +.79 db in the left channel and +.28 db to match the splice points (determined with the aid of CD2K's statistics tool). I also used shntool to correct all SBEs and split drums and space into two separate tracks. Finally, I converted all the nonseekable (and SBE errored) SHNs into FLAC.
Fade tracks were added to the end of CD 2 and the beginning of CD 3 for those wishing to burn to CD. Remove these tracks for seamless play.

This source was originally distributed with REPLAYGAIN tags in the flac files. This has no impact on the wav files inside the flacs, but it messes with the volume if you listen to the flac files directly. The new version of the source has the REPLAYGAIN tags removed. If you have the original source, you can create the new files by decompressing the original flacs and then recompressing them at flac LEVEL 8.
